New Billing System Migration
On the heels of our support system upgrade, we are finally fully integrating our client portals of all of our various services into one complete system. This will allow us to provide a single point of contact for all of your services with us, and make servicing your account and providing support to you more efficient.

On August 12th your billing account will be migrated from the old system at to our new integrated system at What does this mean for you? It means a whole new set of tools for managing your hosting account with us, in a much more user friendly and better integrated system.

What’s the same?

Your login information to access the system – You can use the same username and password that you’ve been using for to log in to the new system at

Your billing, package, and credit card information – Your billing data is being copied over from the old system so if you were paying automatically with a credit card before, you will be in the new system as well.

What’s different?

Integrated service view – You can now see all of your services at a glance regardless of their service type.

Tighter support integration – When you open a ticket in the new system, all of the details that we have on record for you will be automatically forwarded to our support techs. This will cut down on the amount of back-and-forth needed to describe which account you’re having issues with and/or asking questions about.

PayPal subscription – You can now schedule automatic PayPal payments from within the system instead of paying your invoice manually with PayPal each month.

Additional contacts – You can now add your own additional contacts to your account. Want your accounts payable department to get copies of your invoices? Want to add your Web development guy as a technical contact on your account? It’s all doable now from your interface.

These are just a few of the changes that you’ll see with the new system.

Please note, If you currently have an account in the new system, your services from the system will be merged into this account in the system so you can manage them all from the same place.
